SUBJECT: - PROPOSAL OF EVENTS TO BE ORGANISED AT AYF-2014

Respected Sir,
I, Blooty Chadha, student coordinator for the AYF-2014 from Amity School of Engineering (A.S.E) feels highly privileged to have this prestigious opportunity of proposing hand full of events on behalf of the entire students of A.S.E, batch 2012-2016. Making note of each one’s interest the events can be classified into two namely Cultural Events and Technical Events. As the AYF is being held in the month of February i.e. the beginning of the new semester, the students will keenly participate and the volunteers will work with full enthusiasm and dedication to make it touch the skies carrying the badge of perfection.
Starting with the list of Cultural Events that include “BATTLE OF BANDS  for the group of youngsters having their own bands whereas “SINGING STARS” for the solo performers in Classical as well as Western forms of music. “FLICKING FEET” for the dancers both individual and group performers including all the forms of dance. “TREASURE HUNT” includes clues hidden all over the campus and the participants searching for the treasure with the help of those clues in groups of six. “THE PERFECT PICTURE” belonging to the artists. “UNISON” for the street plays on any social issues prevailing. ”THOUGHTS ON PAPER” for the writers to pen down their thoughts expressing themselves. “RULING THE WORLD” the best business idea toggling the mind of the trespassers.
Further, coming up with the list of Technical Events that include “THE BUZZER GAME” is all about the rapid fire having the questions based on Technology.  DEBUGGING” for the young programmers testing skills for C++ /JAVA Codes. “ELECTRONESIA” three-dimensional creation of a participant’s thoughts. “ROBOTICS” is about making a robot do a specific task. “FIXING BUGS” to solve a problem in electrical circuits. Lastly, the WORKSHOPS conducted by the CEO(s) of the famous IT companies on topics such as Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence etc.
At the last, I would request you to pay your kind attention to the above listed events proposed by Amitians for giving AYF a makeover. Approving this will not only boost up the moral of students but would also encourage them to produce more ideas with a practical approach.
Looking forward for your positive response so that further step could be extended.
Thanking you in anticipation.
Yours Sincerely,
Blooty Chadha
