SUBJECT - Request for proposal of events for Amity Youth Fest 2014

Respected Sir,

Being Student co-ordinator I would like to propose some technical and cultural events for amity youth fest 2014. The purpose of fest is to provide a fair evaluation for all the candidates and to provide candidates with the evaluation criteria against which they will be judged. I would like to suggest that fest should take place in month of February as students can give their maximum time for fest as there are no exam and they are free to participate in various events in fest.
Starting with cultural events list we can have 'Swarmanthan' its one of the most participating events for all singers of amity and outsiders, 'Fashion show' which is liked by all of girls, 'Dance amity Dance show' for all dancers in amity it can be further be in two parts cultural and . 'Rock band' which is another attraction for singers and instrument players as most of the students of amity like to play guitar.
But beside of these events many students can't participate in these events as they are not part of their interest for this I would like to introduce some new events such as ' Counter Strike Tournament' most of the teenagers of country love to play counter strike that would attract them a lot. ' Solving numbers' an another event for those who loves to play with mathematics problem. ' Gaming Zone ' for those who think they are real gamers they can compete with one another on our placed servers. There can be more events such as treasure hunt, veggie race, puzzle solving for interested students. We can have some book, stationary, cosmetics,  food shops to make fest more attractive.
Since amity is reputed university of north India and finding sponsors is not a big deal. We can have radio telecast for promotion of our fest. We can also use poster on amity buses for promotion as they daily cover a long distance upto gurgoan, gaziabad.  Please approve us so that this fest can be a grand success.
