SUBJECT:-Proposal for Events in AYF, 2014

SIR,

Being the student coordinator of Amity School of Engineering for Amity Youth Fest, 2014, I feel great pride and honour for getting the opportunity to suggest some of the core technical events for AYF, 2014.Before proposing the events, I have kept in mind the factors like TIME LIMITATIONS, PUBLIC CHOICE and HARDCORE TECHNICALITY as well as FUN. Events are listed below:-

TECHNICAL EVENTS

1.      QUICK-HACK: In this event there would be a password protected software given to every participant and he just need to crack down the password as quickly as possible there would be a maximum time limit of 30 minutes. Participants can just use a laptop with an internet connection.

2.      COUNTER-STRIKE: Traditionally, the best LAN game and the most essential component of every tech fest. It would be played in our own old but classic way. There would be 5 member teams who would compete for three consecutive exciting levels among themselves to win the title.

3.      ROBO-SHOP: This is the simplest yet most difficult of all. Every participant needs to design a robotic toy in 3 hours and the best would win.

4.      AMI-O-LAN: Technically, this would not be a contest but this event would be the most exciting and interesting. We would have a hall equipped with LAN connectivity and anybody can play LAN games like C.S 1.6, NFS, FIFA etc and have fun.

CULTURAL EVENTS

1.      POSTER MANIA: Make a poster on the given topics in the requisite time.

2.      DANCE: Imitate the dance moves on the screen and the best one wins.
I hope these suggestions would be considered positively and the AMITY YOUTH FEST, 2014 would be an extreme success.
YOURS SINCERELY
