Subject :-Events For AYF , 2014

Sir,
I write this letter , as the student coordinator of Amity youth fest  2014 to propose third to fifth of March as the duration of the fest . Considering the various demands of the affair ,I have prepared a list of proposed events for the fest.

Being a technical institute, technical events are a sure slots in the lists, we wish to include workshops on various computer languages,viz., SQL , LINUX ,JAVA. Blending knowledge with the fun elements ,a  Science Treasure Hunt for the adventurous and the knowledgeable. Moving to the fun side ,Dream Poster ,sketch your dreams.To mark our indulgence in the field of recreation we wish to oraganise a western dance competition ,Westside Musical  the magic of west with all the flavours added. I suggest Gamers Point for the gaming people out there , a very good crowd appealer we'll have various games like NFS 2013, Crysis 3 etc. Then something to the creative guys, a theatrical ccompetition  Dramebaaz , summoning the writers,artists,orators. Create a play on the random theme provided ,we see the best coming .

For the publicity, we are planning to organize a marathon and mark the start of AYF,2014 .This is all we intend to do this year.Looking forward for your approval .
