Defense and education both are important for the development of our
country as our nation can be protected completely by both soft and
structural power only if it is safeguarded by both education removing
illiteracy and sophisticated weapons preventing attacks.
India has been one of the largest education systems in the world since many years where students from India and abroad study. Education is considered as a triumph card for Nation’s growth but without security any development does not exist. Both these aspects are equally important but if we are asked to select one then we should definitely go for the decrease of social expenditure because according to me working for the welfare of country is much more prioritized over welfare of the society and its people. We must never think our enemy to be weak. We must always be prepared for it should keep all preventive as well as offensive measures so as to protect our nation from its competitors because ultimately the society and its people belong to the country and how can a country be safe if it is not protected from the enemies. So as a conclusion government as well as we people should invest on defense as much as possible so as to meet any kind of upcoming destruction and hence defense expenditure must be increased.

First of all we should see that our countries relationship with our neighbor countries are not so good and hence we are required to make our Defense much stronger than them. If we compare to China, our defense is way lack behind them, China’s yearly military budget is much more than that of our country and we are also facing threats from China since last many years as Pakistan have China’s support and we don’t have good relationships with Pakistan too. Also India is emerging as a super power and to show its strength in the world it should spend a lot of money on our security. However Education is also important and a lot of money should also be spend so as to reduce the illiteracy rate of India.
Why does the government spend so less on the education in our country? - By Himanshu Vashisht
India is a developing country. And in order to get it a developed country status, we need to reform the education system. But it doesn't seem that feasible, considering the ongoing trend. The administration is reluctant to put aside the necessary funds for education sector. Sure, they do spend something, like 3.1% of GDP. But just 3.1%. That doesn't cut it. We need more in order to reach that developed country status. In my opinion, I think the main factor which is responsible for this reluctance is the politicians. As we all would agree that most of the politicians in this country are not qualified enough to be the leaders of the people. And since a majority of the population is still illiterate, these politicians tend to exploit this and hence, they prove a hindrance especially in terms of education. Because more literate people would mean them getting more aware of the politics and thus, which makes the current political leaders difficult to continue with their "political regime" So, in order to save their own behinds, they are unwilling to spend on education.

Because government gets more profit by investing in the other sectors .Moreover the education is partly considered to be the western culture and the government is in no favor to promote the western culture.

The H1N1 flu virus caused a world-wide pandemic in 2009. It is now a human seasonal flu virus that also circulates in pigs.
The H1N1 virus is currently a seasonal flu virus found in humans. Although it also circulates in pigs, you cannot get it by eating properly handled and cooked pork or pork products.
- While the H1N1 viruses have continued to circulate since the pandemic, 2014 is the first season since 2009 that H1N1 has been so predominant in the United States.
- Getting the flu vaccine is your best protection against H1N1.
- You cannot get H1N1 from properly handled and cooked pork or pork products.
- Symptoms of H1N1 are similar to seasonal flu symptoms.
What is H1N1 flu?
H1N1 is a flu virus. When it was first detected in 2009, it was called “swine flu” because the virus was similar to those found in pigs. The H1N1 virus is currently a seasonal flu virus found in humans. Although it also circulates in pigs, you cannot get it by eating properly handled and cooked pork or pork products.
What are the symptoms of H1N1 flu?
Flu symptoms include:- A 100oF or higher fever or feeling feverish (not everyone with the flu has a fever)
- A cough and/or sore throat
- A runny or stuffy nose
- Headaches and/or body aches
- Chills
- Fatigue
- Nausea, vomiting, and/or diarrhea (most common in children)
How does H1N1 flu spread?
Most experts believe that you get the flu when a person with the flu
coughs, sneezes, or talks and droplets containing their germs land in
your mouth or nose. You can also get the flu by touching a surface or object that has the flu virus on it and then touching your mouth, eyes, or nose.
How can I prevent H1N1 flu?
There are steps you can take in your daily life to help protect you from getting the flu.- Wash your hands often with soap and water or an alcohol-based hand rub.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth. Germs spread this way.
- Try to avoid close contact with sick people.
- Practice good health habits. Get plenty of sleep and exercise, manage your stress, drink plenty of fluids, and eat healthy food.
- Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Throw the tissue in the trash after you use it.
- If you are sick with flu-like illness, stay home for at least 24 hours after your fever is gone without the use of fever-reducing medicine.
I have H1N1. What should I do?
You can treat flu symptoms by:- Getting plenty of rest
- Drinking clear fluids like water, broth, sports drinks, or electrolyte beverages to prevent becoming dehydrated
- Placing a cool, damp washcloth on your forehead, arms, and legs to reduce discomfort associated with a fever
- Putting a humidifier in your room to make breathing easier
- Gargling salt water (1:1 ratio warm water to salt) to soothe a sore throat
- Covering up with a warm blanket to calm chills
- And reach to your health care provider immediately.

"Failure to follow up can be the deciding factor in rejecting a candidate who is otherwise a great fit," said Amanda Augustine, a career expert at The Ladders.
It may be one of the most commonly dispensed pieces of job-search advice, but sending a thank you note after an interview really is crucial to sealing the deal. Thanking the hiring manager for his or her time is not only polite, but it also demonstrates a sincere interest in the position and the company. According to a survey by online job-matching service The Ladders, 75 percent of interviewers said that receiving a thank you letter from a candidate affects their decision-making process.
Therefore, we have made a presentation on the must-knows of "Job Interview Thank You Notes"

India will succeed as long as it is not splintered along religious
lines, U.S. President Barack Obama said here on his visit to India, while addressing
an audience of students and other invitees at the end of his visit to
India.
His words, along with a pointed reference to Article 25 of the Indian
Constitution which guarantees religious freedom, is seen as a strong
statement against fundamentalism and extremism here and in the U.S.
“Every person has the right to practise their faith as they choose, or
no faith at all without fear or discrimination,” said Mr. Obama
admitting he had often felt “treated differently” because of his
background in the U.S.
In his nearly 40-minute speech on avenues for Indo-U.S. partnership, Mr.
Obama spoke about religious freedom and gender equality. “In all
countries, upholding this freedom is the responsibility of the
government and each person. Religion has been used to tap into the dark
side of man.”
He praised democracy that allowed the “poor to dream big” in both India and the U.S., and referring to Narendra Modi and himself, he said these were countries where “the son of a tea vendor can be PM, a Dalit can draft the Constitution and the grandson of a cook can be President.”
Mr. Obama referred several times to his wife, Michelle, who was in the
front row, calling her a “strong woman” when he spoke of the importance
of equal opportunities for boys and girls.
“I was impressed to see all the women in the Indian armed forces during the Republic Day parade,” he said.
Speaking about the kind of cooperation India and the U.S. can build,
while addressing an audience of students and other invitees, Mr. Obama
said, “Not just natural partners, I believe the U.S. can be India’s best
partner.”
Mr. Obama drew many similarities between India and the U.S., saying he
was optimistic about their shared future because, “We vote in free
elections, reach for similar heights, respect human rights.” He said the
U.S. wanted to be “first in line” to build India’s infrastructure,
including “roads, ports, bridges and airports.”
Mr. Obama’s speech came at the end of his three-day visit to India,
after which he left for Saudi Arabia on a condolence visit following the
death of King Abdullah.
